With the construction of Stage One apartments well underway, we’re excited to release the second stage of the Sunshine Coast’s first true mixed-use development.
Emporio Stage Two includes 71 one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments, and also incorporates a bustling fresh food market place, right in the vibrant heart of Maroochydore. Residents also have exclusive access to a communal rooftop garden terrace, with some apartments featuring a private landscaped courtyard.
Once complete, the Emporio community will incorporate more than 120 residential apartments over the first two stages, as well as commercial and retail space, bringing a new style of living to the Sunshine Coast.
